Time for a new indie game and – hurrah – not a pixel graphic in sight! This new title is Randall, which is coming to PlayStation 4 and PC next year. Set in a dystopian s police state players take on the role of the titular Randall, a powerful telepath with a touch of schizophrenia.
Created by Mexican indie developer We The Force the game is an “old-school brawling platformer where you slug it out with enemies, solve puzzles, and use mind-control powers to take command of every opponent in the game, even bosses!”

Haha, shows how pessimistic we have become as gamers. As soon as I saw the article title I thought “Great, what 8-bit bollocks are they pushing out now?”

I posted the Synopsis to the TSA staff before looking at the game and we all agreed it would be “16 bit pixel” at best. Hence the little jig when it wasn’t!

Looks like something I would definitely play on my Vita. Not sure about on the PS4 though.
