2015LeaderboardTemp

And now that we’re on the second page, let’s move as swiftly as possible onto the leaderboard itself. This time, everything seems to have steadied and settled into a groove…

Here’s a inferior race to explain how it all works:

This leaderboard is going to be ran a little differently to the others in that we will be looking at your percentage gain in trophy points over the course of the year. Now the way to enter is pretty simple and is detailed below along with some other rules:

  1. You must update your trophy card once if already listed on the main board in February or at any point thereafter and this will be used as your “Start Point” for the year.
  2. If you are a new to the TSA Trophy Leaderboard, you will be added upon your first update that I see on the leaderboard.
  3. People deemed to be cheating will be removed from the leaderboard.
  4. The 2015 Leaderboard will be run in tandem with the TSA Trophy Leaderboard, tracking the same trophy card updates.
  5. In the event two or more entrants have the same percentage gain. The person who is highest in the TSA Trophy Lederboard while be ranked higher.

As an aside, PS4 trophies will only show up in your trophy card if you have set these to be viewable by everyone in your privacy settings.

If any questions or suggestions just ask in the comments or in the forum thread.

So make sure you get your trophy cards update on playstation.com, so we can keep track of all the craziness.

  1. I have cancelled my pre order with Rainbow 6. As for Burnout I’d like an upgrade of Point of Impact and Takedown or Paradise 2
Congrats to everyones accomplishments including Youles with the Project Cars glitch from his twitter feed.
    I also don’t trust R1MJAW about THPS
Also someone please help me get off Fifa 16 Ultimate Team… I cannot stop playing it xD

    • Cheers Del. Nothing you can do about FUT, just let the addiction take its course! ;)

      • Well I’ve played a good couple of hours of Tony Hawks and haven’t experienced any glitches for what is supposed to be a glitchy mess,it’s very similar to older Tony Hawks games though for some reason it feels slightly faster to me.

  2. I just had to google ‘vitriolic’ – that’s pretty much spot on ;)

    • “vitriolic”that sounded like a cocktail oh! how wrong was I..

      • Word of the day, guys. :)

      • If only I knew how to pronounce it.
It’s definitely going to be used in an argument against my missus when I get a new one! ;)

  3. Congrats all on this weeks achievements ;)

  4. Not quite sure I can understand the leaderboard changes, as the percentages don’t seem to be in the correct order. Naturally I highlight this as the guy who should have first place :P

    • Oops… I forgot to sort the leaderboard. My bad

  5. Congrats to all who canceled their preorder. This is the best way to make them know that the public is not okay with their decisions.

    • They’ll probably say the sales were affected by the shift towards mobile gaming rather than admit their mistakes.

      • lol the biggest mistake was trying to re-invent the series…which some years ago was spot on.the mechanics, game play and single player campaign ..now they gone and fu””ed it up!

    • Oh, my mate bought it an thought it was shit value for money, then tried to return it to Tesco Direct, or whatever they’re called. They say no, any idea what the score is on returning games? Seems to me like if you bought a duff phone you could easily get a refund within 30 days, but games are a different kettle of salmon.

      • There is a difference between a duff phone and you not liking a piece of software. In the first it’s clearly broken and not fit for purpose, where as the latter is subjective – you can’t read a book and return it because the story wasn’t engaging. The product still met the “of reasonable quality and fit for purpose” test.

The new UK legislation now covers games and digital purchases but the test is still the same – if the game is broken on day one (aka Batman on PC, constantly crashes, servers down etc) then you could be entitled to a refund, but it also allows for the manufacturer to repair rather than refund, which in our scenario is patch the product, within a reasonable time frame.

Of course I wonder what the situation is if you don’t have internet access in order for the game to be patched… how do you prove to the Tesco clerk that your console isn’t connected to the interent?

Either way though just because you thought it was crap or not value for money doesn’t entitle you to a refund.

  6. After numerous psychotherapy sessions and after joining the Witcher 3 bad ending victims anonymous I finally can get on with my life… ;o)

Still, I can’t quite believe what they do to people who play their game for endless hours. But I’ll finally have time to play other things in my backlog.
