The grand real time battles might be the showstopping centrepieces of any Total War game, but the majority of your time will be spent deliberating over your options in the turn-based campaign map. Up until now, this has remained tightly under wraps for Total War: Warhammer, but Creative Assembly have finally decided it’s time to let us see how it looks and how the Warhammer universe has influenced the gameplay, this time focussing on the Greenskins.
“Fans of both Total War and Warhammer have been desperate to see what kind of slant we’ve put on the campaign map design for Total War: Warhammer,” said Ian Roxburgh, Game Director. “We’ve gone to great pains to ensure we bring the hugely popular, lore-detailed world of Warhammer Fantasy Battles to life with the most detailed and graphically impressive campaign map we’ve created to date.”

Total War: Warhammer is set for release on PC on April 28th, 2016.
