Digital game store GOG.com has announced the Games In Development program, a new feature where the site picks games that are currently in development for players to purchase, a bit like Steam’s Early Access. Unlike Steam’s version GOG will allow refunds within 14 days with no questions asked. Those who purchase will get access to all the latest updates as development continues, but if an update isn’t working correctly then the option to roll back is available. The games are also all DRM free.
The current list of games that are part of the program are:
- Starbound (-33%)
- Ashes of the Singularity (-25%)
- Project Zomboid (-40%)
- TerraTech (-30%)
- The Curious Expedition (-15%)
