Funcom has revealed Conan Exiles for PC and consoles, with the game being an open world survival experience set in the Conan universe. Conan Exiles puts players in the shoes of one of the exiled people who have forced to eke out a living in a wasteland that is full of danger, both natural and human. The game can be played alone but it does seem like that multiplayer is where the most potential is.
Players will be able to work together to build settlements and invade other groups, with those that are captured sacrificed to the gods for favour. If you don’t fancy joining a group then you can explore the wasteland alone and find things for yourself, but also dealing with other groups alone too. Combat will be fast paced with dismemberment being a standard feature.
A beta for Conan Exiles will be occuring this summer, though there is no word on when the game will get a full release.
