Thrustmaster has revealed the T. Flight Hotas 4 flight stick, the first official flight stick built for the PS4. It will also be compatible with PC, and will be sold at a price of €79.99. The price will include a War Thunder starter pack which itself will have 500 Golden Eagles (the game’s currency), one-week Premium account that makes research of new vehicles faster, and the XP-38G Lightning plane.
The flight stick itself has five axes, 12 action buttons, a rapid fire trigger, and the throttle itself is detachable. It also has the Share and Options buttons incorporated into the design.

I’m pretty sure I had something that looked exactly like this about ten years ago? I suppose that makes it cheap to make and a good profit, which is good for flight sim fans. Another IL2 game would be good, it’d look gorgeous on the PS4.

HAWX 3 would be good.
Not quite sure why bother making this when there are next to no games to use it with.

Thrustmaster will be marketing this towards PC users, PS4 gamers are just an afterthought tbh. Their HOTAS and Warthog sticks are among the best sticks out their for flight simmers, and so that’s who much of their target audience are.

So I am still the only one that thinks a ‘Thrustmaster’ sounds like a gaming penis attachment then? (probably for some of those ‘edgy’ Japanese games maybe?)
Although with VR on the way, there may be a market…

Try buying a Thrustmaster joystick without getting some looks.

I have the Hotas X for playing Elite Dangerous, the 12 buttons plus the digi stick on the right thumb make for a perfect layout – just gutted I could have held out for a PS4 one – might try to sell mine if it works out worth it.

handy for eve/no mans sky/elite dangerous and any other good flight combat/sims! ;)
