The boxed version of the episodic Hitman game was originally scheduled for release near the end of this year but has now been moved to January 2017, with no reason given for the delay. The digital version, episode one of which is released tomorrow, is so far unaffected with seven episodes to be released through this year.
The game was originally meant to be out last year as a full product, but was then split in to episodes. Check out our thoughts on the first episode in this video, or if you prefer, some lovely words.
Square Enix have not commented on the delay.
