There Will Be No More Fallout 4 DLC After Nuka World

Bethesda’s Vice President of PR and Marketing has confirmed that Nuka World will be Fallout 4’s final piece of DLC. This news came about from his Twitter feed in response to a fan query asking whether there were plans in place to continue with more official content for Fallout 4. Nuka World is set to launch in August, and is supposed to be a sizeable bit of game.

Of course that doesn’t mean Fallout 4 players won’t be able to get more content, considering the release of mods for consoles though there is a delay of implementation for them on the PS4 with no date in sight.

  1. So that’ll be some sort of GOTY edition released in time for christmas then?

  2. So, what will happen? Will Steven get a job before the GOTY edition comes out or Mod support is enabled? or will he be forever doomed to be jobless. Yeah, put a downer on your day. :P

Do hope the delay is just down to Sony being rather cautious due to er…. let’s that they had a few kerfuffles in the past that almost got them sued or did get them sued and are iffy. GOTY either be announced for a november release date or next year.

Do hope that this is the last of the Customisation heavy Fallout game. I mean, I like crafting and customisation but never feel that Fallout or TES should have it as a main feature.
