Lifeless Planet Will Release On July 19th For PS4

Stage 2 has confirmed that it will be bringing Lifeless Planet to PS4, with the release date set as July 19th. The game has been available on PC since June 2014 and was released on Xbox One in May last year. Players take on the role of an astronaut who is sent to a planet on a search for life, but soon finds an abandoned Russian town on this apparent desolate place.

The astronaut himself decided to take the one way trip to the unnamed planet for his own reasons, which are part of the mystery along with the town’s existence. There will be some puzzles to complete and the astronaut is equipped with a jet pack and robotic arm to help.

  1. It looks appealing but reviews say it’s a bit sparse gameplay-wise. Might still pick it up in a sale though.
