Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls Releases This Autumn For Vita In The West

SEGA and Idea Factory have confirmed that Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls will release on the Vita this Autumn in both North America and Europe. The game will receive both physical and digital releases too, and will be compatible with PSTV. In this game players take on the role of IF as Neptune has been transformed into a motorbike. I’m sure that will make sense in context. Together with the Sega Hard Girls IF has to travel through time to save the world.

The trailer shows off some gameplay including the Grand Library hub and the battle system. The main feature here is Fever Time which makes all party member attacks 10% more powerful, allows for the use of EXEs and skips opposition turns. The game features characters named after the Sega consoles too including Dreamcast, Mega Drive, Game Gear, and Saturn. There will be the option to use either English or Japanese voice overs too.

From the heady days of the Mega Drive up until the modern day gaming has been my main hobby. I'll give almost any game a go.

  1. The words “I’m sure that will make sense in context” are, I suspect, a bit optimistic. I suspect they just wanted to turn Neptune into a motorbike. Because why not? Any explanation will basically boil down to “because reasons”.

Anyone interested in the game will most likely be quite happy with that. It won’t make any sense, but that’s never bothered anyone.
