(Updated With Beta Info) Battlefield 1’s Gamescom Trailer Shows Some Desert Warfare

A new trailer has dropped for Battlefield 1 with this one focusing on desert warfare, and giving a glimpse of gameplay from the perspectives of horse cavalry, planes, trains, and the regular soldiers. Cavalry riders look like they’ll have access to swords to cut down soldiers, while the train has some large guns that can target tanks and do some serious damage. To counter the train the planes can fire on it from above, and drop some bombs. The desert map even has a sandstorm blow in to make the battle a bit more hectic.

Battlefield 1 launches October 21st for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

From the heady days of the Mega Drive up until the modern day gaming has been my main hobby. I'll give almost any game a go.

  1. It looks the dogs gonads and i’ll be sure to try the beta on the 31St.I’ve not been excited for a shooter in a long time, this looks like a game i could spend hours playing.I think Battlefield has Call of Duty licked this year.

  2. The Sign Up for the Beta might be a bit difficult. The server keeps going down. It took me a few tries to be able to sign up. Also you need an Origin account.
