Last month there was confirmation that the PSVR would be coming with a demo disc, and now Sony has confirmed the eight games that players will be able to sample. It’ll give a raft of different experiences and may help you decide exactly what games you’ll end up buying should you be getting the headset, which is just over a month away from launch.
The list of games is as follows:
- Driveclub VR
- PlayStation VR Worlds
- RIGS Mechanized Combat League
- Tumble VR
- Battlezone
- EVE: Valkyrie
- Wayward Sky
- Headmaster

Agreed, it would also be nice if Sony revealed some sort of early-adopter rewards program, where you can get a discount or something towards one of the games.

A 20% off voucher for a select VR game with pre-orders sounds good. Hasn’t happened though. Still it’s a great demo disc, perfect for diving straight in.

They did a similar voucher programme when I preordered my Vita.
Think I had a choice of a half price Motorstorm RC, Escape Plan or Super Stardust. Got a free voucher for Wipeout 2048 for getting the 3G Vita too.
Sony (and others) should definitely look into those kind of promotions more often.

A good selection. There’s three that I definitely want to try: Driveclub VR, PlayStation VR Worlds and EVE: Valkyrie and out of the others I may find another must have game or two.

Just read the US get 18 demos on their VR disc. Is Europe firmly in Sony’s hands, so they don’t need to make an effort anymore, or what..?
