Naughty Dog Interview Guerrilla, Talk About Cancelled Steampunk Game

This is a rather good idea, get one dev to interview another, in this case Naughty Dog’s Neil Druckmann talks to Guerrilla Games managing director Hermen Hulst. They discuss how Horizon: Zero Dawn was created, the Killzone franchise, and also an abandoned Steampunk game which was a little too close to The Order: 1866.

  1. Nice interview. At 8:28, I thought Herman was choking and about to spit his drink over Neil.

  2. I like how the still image seems to show Neil wearing a blue PlayStation hat.

  3. That’s very interesting and as one of the biggest developers owned by Sony, it benefits Gurriella due to Naughty Dog’s experience, status as a vetran and so far, not a single flop. The cancelled steampunk game would have been very surprising and as a genre that barely gets any love, I could see them doing a decent job with it. The last steampunk game I can recall is Bioshock Infinite and even the, I’m not sure if that is it or not.

  4. Too close to The Order? What’s wrong with that?!
