ROI Games has announced that it will be releasing White Day: A Labyrinth Named School in Europe and the Americas this August. This game is a full remake of the original White Day which released in South Korea 16 years ago. White Day is set in a school where a couple of students get locked in at night, at which point various ghosts and ghouls try to hunt them.
The name White Day is derived from the Korean holiday that partners Valentines day. On this day boys reciprocate the gifts they received on Valentines day and give gifts to the girls. The game takes place on the eve of White Day, with the boy involved here locked in the school while trying to hide a present for the girl he likes.
White Day: A Labyrinth Named School will be available on PS4 and PC. While this game isn’t supporting PSVR a comment on the PS Blog has confirmed that ROI Games are working on a PSVR prequel to this game.
