It was five years ago this week that Dragon’s Dogma was first released, and it gained quite a following. Soon after the Dark Arisen expansion came along as well as a release that contained the entire package. Since that day we’ve had Dragon’s Dogma Online appear in Asia, and continued asks for a Dragon’s Dogma 2. Today it has been confirmed that Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen will be re-released on PS4 and Xbox One.

While it may not be the sequel many are hoping for the sales from this re-release could encourage Capcom to invest a fully fledged continuation. Dates and price are to be confirmed.
