It’s Creative Assembly’s thirtieth birthday this year, and everyone’s invited to the party in Total War Warhammer. To celebrate, they’re adding thirty new Regiments of Renown to the game, fleshing out he Beastmen, Bretonnia, Chaos Warriors, Norsca and Wood Elves with more unique and interesting units.
The one caveat is that, while they’re free, you will need to sign up to Total War Access in order to get your mitts on these units. That site is here.
CA also released some stats and facts about the company, including that they nearly moved to Singapore in their early days, that they used to make rugby, cricket and Australian Rules football games, and that they have over 500 staff spread between their UK and Sofia studios, working on eight major projects, four of which are unannounced.
