THQ Nordic has revealed a new game today called Black Mirror, and they are keen to stress that it has nothing to do with the rather popular TV series. Instead this Black Mirror is based upon the point and click adventure which first released in 2004, spawning two sequels which released in 2008 and 2011 respectively.
Black Mirror is being developed by KING Art Games, who developed the rather fantastic Book Of Unwritten Tales games. The story of this Black Mirror is set in Scotland 1926, with the character David Gordon visiting his ancestral home for the first time ever. Within it he will discover things that sent other Gordons mad.
Black Mirror will be out on November 28th for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Not much to say until they show some gameplay footage but i’ve always got space for a good point n’ click adventure. Liking the song, is she singing in Scots Gaelic, does anyone know?

According to their announcement on Facebook… “Scots Gaelic Lyrics by Kim Carnie”
So yes, she is.

That Facebook announcement also contains “#nottheseries”, so they’ve obviously realised everyone’s going to think it’s something to do with Charlie Brooker’s Channel4/Netflix series.
Which would actually have potential for an interesting game. But it’s not this.

Nice detective work, thanks! :)
