No time for waffle today there’s a shed load of bobbins to get through; Trailers, release dates, puppet VR games, and probably some boobs. To be honest I haven’t got any boob related news at the time of writing but I expect I can find some before I finish. Anyway, off we go with the launch trailer for Sudden Strike 4.
The Evil Within 2 will not have the letterbox effect found in the original and subsequently patched out. Personally I didn’t find it much of a problem, but lots of people did. The game is also going to have larger areas to explore.
“The Evil Within 2 isn’t an open world game,” says Tango Gameworks Shinji Mikami, “But has sections where the maps get very large and open up a bunch of options for you. From an actual landmass perspective it’s the biggest map we’ve ever put together.”
Hangry Bunnies From Mars is out on Steam on August 23rd and is a VR shooter for HTC Vive in which you fend of the titular Bunnies. It promises “Hundreds of onscreen bunnies attacking at once” and a scientist called Colin, what more could you want?

There are no rules anymore, if you can make a movie about emojis then why not a video game adaptation of George Orwell’s literary classic Animal Farm .
“We live in turbulent times where established democracies are coming under attack from all sides,” say the mysterious and currently unnamed developers. “Animal Farm is a literary classic whose original message is more relevant than ever before. We will adapt this story for a new audience on a new medium whilst keeping true to George Orwell’s vision.”
Meanwhile, Deadly Premonition and D4 creator Hidetaka ‘Swery65’ Suehiro has announced his next title, The Good Life. Sadly it’s nothing to do with the classic BBC sitcom, instead you play as a photographer stuck in a quaint English town where all the residents turn into cats at night.
Because reasons.
Our third rule breaking game is from Goat Sim developers Coffee Stain who have announced a virtual reality title, Puppet Fever
Go inside your VR headset and become the Puppet Master. Put on a show for your friends at home or online. The rest is anyone’s guess!
Don’t worry though! You don’t actually have to be a puppet master – the puppets have a life of their own. For better or worse, your audience will be entertained. Probably at your own expense.
Every time they add a new character to mobile game Transformers: Forged to Fight I cry a little more. Why is this not a proper beat ’em up on PS4? Come on, just give the assets to Netherealm and let them do the job!

And Finally, I failed miserably finding some improbable boobs so how about a game where you look up girls skirts instead? Here’s Steam exclusive Gal Gun VR.
