Three time Formula One World Champion – actually, effectively four time at this point – Lewis Hamilton has leant his time and experience to the team at Polyphony so that he’ll feature in the game in two significant ways. Firstly, he’s set a number of reference laps that you can test yourself against in the game, and secondly, he’ll appear in the game as a mentor to share advice on how to get the very best out of the car.
There’s a lovely video featuring Lewis and Kazunori Yamauchi, with Lewis saying just the right things to make the game sound like the most perfect simulation of racing and driving ever created.

He must be short of a bob or two.
I’m not surprised as there’s a lot of Mercedes featured in the game, including the safety cars from F1.

Cracking stuff, any endorsement by Lewis Hamilton get’s my vote without question.
The reference laps mentioned will be the equivalent of the Vettel challenges for GT5…bring em’ on ;)

Me too, I was on the fence about getting GT Sport this year but now I’m 100% in. I really like Lewis, despite his marmite reputation I think he’s a good sportsman, too talent and not such a bad role model.

Yeah he’s a good sport man, unlike a certain person in red… Baku!!!

I haven’t bothered reading the article, but after looking at the video thumbnail, I’m surprised he’s not still on Strictly Come Dancing. Plus I’m still gutted that JLS disbanded in the first place anyway.
