Final Fantasy XV DLC Announced, Out In 2019

So let’s just check something… Yes, Final Fantasy XV did come out in 2016, and yes, Square Enix have announced three more DLC chapters and a side mission that won’t be released until the summer of 2019, so about a year and a quarter away and almost three years since the game launched. The new episodes were revealed during a PAX East panel and will focus on Ardyn, Aranea, Luna and Noctis.

Final Fantasy XV was graced with a ‘Royal Edition’ including all the DLC to date but it appears that if you want to find the true ending of the game you’re going to have to wait. The last DLC is titled “The Final Strike” and described thus: “Parting ways with the Astrals, Noctis embarks upon his final battle in order to attain the ideal future for all his people.”
