I don’t think many people have had terribly high expectations of Overkill’s crack at adapting The Walking Dead into a shooter. The new gameplay reveal trailer of this cooperative multiplayer shooter certainly looks interesting, though. Compared to the run and gun nature of Left 4 Dead, this appears to be much more considered, using stealth to evade enemies and manipulating the hordes before resorting to brute force.
Alongside the trailer, the game’s been given a 6th November launch date in the Americas and 8th November in the rest of the world, coming to PS4, Xbox One and PC. A PC exclusive closed beta will be run later this years for those who pre-order the game.
