Who likes a big chopper? If you answered yes and you have a PlayStation 4 then you’re in luck as Sodesco are to launch PC helicopter sim Air Missions: HIND on the console on September 25th.
The game features the Mi-24 Hind assault helicopter which is also known as ‘the flying tank’, and will feature missions over Central Asia, Eastern Europe, the Arctic Ocean, and Southeast Asia, with a load of weapons, three difficulty levels and multiplayer.

Do you know if it’s arcade or a proper sim?
I’ve tried helicopter sims on pc a long time ago but gave up as they were tricky to play with all the different keyboard commands on top of the joystick ones. Maybe it will be better on PS4 with just a DS4 or joystick.
Playable in VR would be great….Please sir.

Looks like it could be fun. Something about the HIND just makes it look extremely sinister, probably its copious use in movies over the years.
Helicopter based games remind me of playing Airwolf on the Amstrad. One of the hardest games I’ve ever played but I kept going back for the soundtrack. The good old days.
