Having teased their upcoming title a few times this year, Gun Media and Bloober Team have now revealed that Project Méliès is in fact Layers of Fear 2.
The rather trippy original saw players delving into the mind of an artist as he suffers a really, really bad creative block. The sequel, going by the narration, seems to do something similar but for a different creative profession. “You became and actor so you could never be yourself,” he states as the camera pulls back to reveal a cinema and a projector.
It looks rather intriguing, to say the least, but there’s no hint of release dates or platforms just yet.
