The Pathless looks gorgeous. With an art style reminiscent of classics such as Ico and The Legend of Zelda, this mythic adventure from the creator of ABZÛ follows the adventures of an archer and an eagle as they explore a vast and mysterious forest.
As the archer you’ll need to forge a bond with your avian ally so together you can hunt spirits, solve puzzles and test your fighting prowess in epic battles. Here’s the trailer, in which you can enjoy marvelling at what looks like an inverted volcano and some of the best eagle animation I’ve ever seen:
The Pathless will launch on PS4 and PC sometime in 2019.
