Two Olympic games revealed including Mario & Sonic At Tokyo Olympics for Switch

Two console titles based on the Tokyo 2020 Olympics are being created by SEGA with both of the games set to be released later this year. The first is Tokyo 2020 Olympics: The Official Video Game which will be based feature all the major events you can expect to see from the sporting event. This game will be released in the summer and is coming to PS4 and Nintendo Switch.

The next game is Mario & Sonic At Tokyo Olympics which is exclusive to the Nintendo Switch. There’s been a couple of games featuring the two titular characters going for gold at the Olympics, and you can expect this to be a much more arcade-like title and it’ll be released this Winter.  Mario & Sonic At Tokyo Olympics will also be released in Japanese arcades.

From the heady days of the Mega Drive up until the modern day gaming has been my main hobby. I'll give almost any game a go.

  1. All over the Mario & Sonic game. The first Olympics I really paid attention to was Seoul 1988 when I was 7, and my son will be 7 in 2020 too, so this’ll be great.
