Codemasters confirm F1 2019’s classic car roster and give us a new trailer

 

Codemasters’ 10th Formula 1 game is shaping up really very nicely, with their latest interpretation of the on track racing joined by the junior Formula 2 series, classic racing with Senna and Prost and shed loads more options when you head online. Today sees the company releasing the first official game trailer, sporting all of the current 2019 season cars – well, liveried versions of the spec car that’ll be used online – and 2018 F2 cars going toe to toe to the very dramatic tones of the F1 intro music.

Codies have also confirmed all of the classic cars that you’ll find in the game and its different versions. Almost all of the cars from F1 2018 and 2017 are returning, but the 1995 Ferrari 412T2 and 2002 Ferrari F2002 have gone back into the garage.

F1 2019 is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on Friday 28th June, in what is the earliest release date that Codies’ series has managed so far.
