Zinedine Zidane is the cover star for FIFA 20’s Ultimate Edition

A few days ago there was confirmation of which players would be gracing the covers of FIFA 20 with Eden Hazard being on the front of the standard cover in his new Real Madrid kit, while Liverpool’s Virgil Van Dijk got the honour of being the cover of the Champion’s Edition. EA held back on confirmed who would be on the Ultimate Edition at the time time, but now the news has arrived that the French  legend and current Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane  will be on that cover.

Zinedine Zidane will also be in the FIFA Ultimate Team as a legend player. Yesterday former Chelsea star Didier Drogba was confirmed to be part of the mode too. You may be wondering what the difference between the standard, Champions, and Ultimate editions of FIFA 20 are so we’ve put the details below.

FIFA 20 Standard Edition:

  • Playable September 27th
  • Has icon loan item
  • Special edition ultimate team kit
  • 3 Ultimate team gold packs

FIFA 20 Champions Edition:

  • Playable September 24th
  • Has icon loan item
  • Special edition ultimate team kit
  • 12 Ultimate team gold packs

FIFA 20 Ultimate Edition:

  • Playable September 24th
  • Has icon loan item
  • Special edition ultimate team kit
  • 24 Ultimate team gold packs
  • Untradeable Ones To Watch FUT player

As you can see then the extra content feeds directly into the Ultimate Team portion of FIFA 20. That itself has been under scrutiny in relation to gambling legislation but in the majority of places it operates as normal. The UK recently stated that loot boxes do not fall under gambling regulations.

    I don’t mean to be rude, I know it’s plastered everywhere but who honestly cares who’s on the cover of the box?

    • There’s a good few people reading the story looking at the traffice stats, so people are interested.

      I have no idea who any of the people on the boxes are. Can’t we have Kylie one year, please EA?
