Below is going multiplatform Capy has confirmed, with the dungeon crawler making the jump to PS4 this Spring. The game has been available on PC and Xbox One. That is not the only announcement Capy Games had. It will also be adding a new Explore mode to all versions of the game which reduces the difficulty. The details are as follows:

  • Reduced Survival Mechanics: No Hunger or Thirst.
  • Traps, Damage & Death: No instant kills + All damage depletes player Health slowly through bleeding, giving players a chance to recover.
  • Permanent Bonfire Checkpoints: Checkpoints can always be returned to after death, allowing players to continue progressing deeper into the underworld.

If you want to go for the more brutal experience then fear not as Below’s Survive mode will remain intact for all people who really want to test the limit of their skills.
