Cloudpunk’s PC release date is set for April, console edition out later this year

ION Cloud has announced its narrative title about a delivery driver in a cyberpunk world has a PC release date, and that date is April 23rd. Cloudpunk has previously been confirmed for release on PS4, Xbox One, and Switch but that will not happen until later on in the year. Players take on the role of Rania as she delivers packages for a semi legal delivery firm. She only has two rules to follow though and those are deliver the package and do not ask what is in them.

Speaking about Cloudpunk studio head Marko Dieckmann said:

“As massive cyberpunk genre fans we had plenty of chances to make a game about shooting people in a futuristic city. With Cloudpunk we wanted to instead focus on what it’s like to experience a cyberpunk city, to live in there as a struggling delivery driver. At its core, Cloudpunk is about what it takes to make it in a city. Whether that city is New York in the ‘80s, San Francisco today, or some futuristic city a thousand years from now. The richness and character and struggles are familiar to everyone everywhere.”
