Inertial Drift: Sunset Prologue is available for free on Steam now

PQube and Level 91 Entertainment have released a prologue demo for the racing game Inertial Drift. This demo is called Inertial Drift: Sunset Prologue and can be redeemed through Steam. As it is a prologue Inertial Drift: Sunset Prologue will be giving just a little bit of content from the full game. That content includes the Coda Gecko and the Dragon cars, both of which handle completely differently to each other. As you can imagine from the name the race in this prologue takes place during the early evening as the sun sets on the horizon. Check out the brand new gameplay trailer below.

Level 91 Entertainment also released a statement, and within it said:

In Inertial Drift: Sunset Prologue we also wanted to highlight just how different the each individual car really is. When we say ‘fiercely individual’ we really mean it. Both the Coda Gecko and the Dragon will offer two very different styles of racing and handling – not just ‘a bit different’, but almost poles apart. This should give you some indication of what’s to come in the sheer diversity of the final roster. Each new car you use will offer the opportunity to re-learn how to race, how to drift and bring a completely new level of enjoyment to each track.

Inertial Drift is a one on one racing title with players using twin-stick controls to maintain the movement of the vehicles they choose, and that includes the drifts the cars will get into. Inertial Drift will be released for PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC in both digital and physical formats on August 7th.
