Hitman 3 main cast has been confirmed by IO Interactive

IO Interactive has announced the main cast for Hitman 3, which will be released in January 2021 for PS5, Xbox Series X, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. There are some familiar faces as David Bateson takes up the role of Agent 47 once more, Jane Perry is back in as Diana Burnwood, Philip Rosch returns as The Constant, and John Hopkins returns as Lucas Grey. Olivia Hall also returns but this time around she will be voiced by Isaura Barbe-Brown and not Michelle Asante, who voiced the character in Hitman and Hitman 2.

The game is pitched as featuring Agent 47’s most intimate contract yet, starting with the infamous assassin “on top of the world” after his exploits in the last two games. He’s now partnered up with Lucas Grey, aiming to take down the partners of Providence, forever changing the world order in the process.

“HITMAN 3 has a much darker tone than the previous games in the trilogy”, said Mattias Engström, Game Director. “On top of the core Hitman experience, we are mixing in some surprise elements, an evocative atmosphere and a very real sense of closure.”

The game will feature six new locations at launch, once again packed with tons of creative opportunities to complete the murderous objectives. One location has been confirmed so far: Dubai.

Much like Hitman 2 players will be able to carry their progression over to Hitman 3 with all 20 locations from the trilogy being available for players to experience within the one game. Stefan reviewed Hitman 2 and in his review he said:

“Building on the foundations of the 2016 game, Hitman 2 is full of the best Hitman stealth action yet. Yes, it’s evolutionary in some ways, and you have to accept the series’ idiosyncratic take on the genre, but there’s space for it to keep growing with the return of Escalation missions and continuing Elusive Contracts. Whether you’re a blackmailing pink flamingo, throwing briefcases at people, or getting robots to do your dirty work, the satisfaction of an expertly planned and executed hit is like nothing else.”
