The Epic Games Store’s next freebie is a “mystery game” the Fortnite publisher have confirmed. Usually, every Thursday, we see a new free title drop on the Epic Games Store, accompanied by a reveal of what’s coming next.
This time however there’s a cryptic image of the Epic Games Store vault with no other clues, other than a tweet from the official EGS account.

Gamers are already speculating as to what this mystery game could be. The fact that Epic are being so secretive suggests that it could be a surprise AAA whopper, with other suggesting that it might be Fall Guys following Epic’s acquisition of developer Mediatonic. The gameshow-like battle royale hit is currently available on PS5 and PC (via Steam) with a planned release on Xbox consoles and Nintendo Switch.
