Jurassic World Evolution 2 has two new videos to introduce us to the thicc boys who will be roaming the park when the game launches. The short videos give us a look at the Amargasaurus and Triceratops, check them out.

The game is set after the events of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom in which dinosaurs broke out into parts of the world inhabited by humans. Here’s more on the game.

Building upon the groundbreaking and immersive 2018 management simulation, Jurassic World Evolution 2 introduces a compelling, new narrative campaign set after the events of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, incredible new features, and awe-inspiring new dinosaurs brought to life with captivating realism. Together with expanded construction and more customisation options, the result is an even bigger, better and authentic Jurassic World game.

Jurassic World Evolution was a big hit for Frontier, blending their theme park management expertise with the compelling world of Jurassic Evolution. Everyone loves dinosaurs, after all! Since that original release, Frontier added a bunch of narrative expansions, fleshing out the game world, and even doing a bit of a ‘what if?’ DLC that stepped back to just after the original Jurassic Park film and asked what would have happened if they’d taken a different route and tried to save the park.

In our Jurassic World Evolution review, we said:

Business management games don’t come much cooler than Jurassic World Evolution, and as subject matter goes it has done the the franchise proud. The dinosaurs look fantastic, the park building is easy and coherent, and the ensuing chaos when it goes a little bit off the rails can be frantic and enthralling. It’s pacing where the game struggles a little, with a few too many sedentary moments stretching your patience, but you’re not likely to get any closer to building your own park packed with once extinct animals than this.

Jurassic World Evolution 2 set to release in 2021 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC.

  1. Played through the first one with my dino loving 8 year old son. It was ok. Hardly groundbreaking though. I thought it was quite shallow in terms of management mechanics, and I’m a total noob to this genre.
