Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is coming to PS4, Switch & PC in March

Fighting game spin off Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is coming to more modern platforms, with Atlus announcing that the game is coming to PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam on 17th March 2022.

Set after Persona 4 Golden, Arena Ultimax has a new story that’s told in a visual novel style, bridging the Persona 3 and Persona 4 casts.

Originally released in 2013 for arcades, the game was quickly ported across to the consoles of the day… ish. They released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in late 2014 a year after the PS4 generation started. I guess it’s fitting that it’s quite specifically coming to PlayStation 4 a year after the PlayStation 5 has released, though at least in this case you can play it on PS5 via backward compatibility!
