Dragon Age: Absolution is coming to Netflix on December 9th, BioWare and Netflix have confirmed today. The news has come via a brand new trailer that shows some scenes from the animated show which looks to have a similar visual look to the likes of the Castlevania and Dragon’s Dogma.
Dragon Age: Absolution will be composed of six 30 minute episodes. The story outline of Dragon Age: Absolution is as follows. “With great power at stake, a group of mages, fighters, and thieves goes head to head against a sinister force possessing a dangerous artifact. Fear. Guilt. Pain. Can Miriam push aside her feelings to complete her mission – or will the trauma looming over her past finally catch up with her? “
The voice cast for Dragon Age: Absolution has also been confirmed today, and you can see the full line up along with some character bios below.

Back in June, BioWare confirmed that the next Dragon Age game will be called Dragon Age: Dreadwolf, in which Solas is the main antagonist. The new Dragon Age was first publicly acknowledged in 2020, as EA were foreshadowing their next-gen plans for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S – Dragon Age: Dreadwolf is reportedly a PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC game.
