Two Point Studios and Sega have announced that Two Point Museum will be launching next year on 4th March 2025 for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Pre-orders are now live, with a speedy bonus for those that put their money down early, the Sonic pack, while the all-too-common early access period is available for the Explorer Edition, getting people into the game from 27th February. It will also include an exclusive map location, pop up challenge museum, cosmetic items and some in-game Kudosh to give you a head start.
Coming from the makers of Two Point Hospital and Two Point Campus, Two Point Museum will try to tickle your dinosaur’s funny bone while getting you to manage and curate spectacular exhibits that fill museum goers with a sense of entertainment and wonder.
In order to stuff your museum with exhibits that you… borrow from around the world, you’ll have to go out and hunt for those relics, sending archeologists and explorers to undiscovered areas to find unusual relics to match the styles and rarity types for your museum. There’s a new ‘endless’ star scoring system will keep you trying to tweak the museum layout and improve on previous collections that you curated, and that star rating will also rely on keeping staff and guests happy – organise guided tours for the latter with guides feeding visitors information and generating buzz that can lead to donations.
Design Director, Ben Huskins said, “We have been thrilled to see such a great reception after announcing Two Point Museum in August. Since then, we have had the opportunity to show off Two Point Museum publicly at Gamescom and reveal our Marine Life theme with Xbox as part of the Xbox Gamescom showcase.
Now, we’re incredibly excited to confirm Two Point Museum will launch on March 4th. We can’t wait to share more about the game with you shortly, so stay tuned as we reveal more themes, exhibits and artifacts from the game in the coming months!”
To mark the announcement, Two Point Hospital and Two Point Campus are both on sale on Steam as part of a Sega publisher sale.
