The cult classic platformer is entering the third dimension, with Super Meat Boy 3D coming in early 2026 to Xbox Series X|S, PS5 and PC, and coming day one to Game Pass.
The game looks to be a “a tough as nails platformer where you play as an animated cube of meat who’s trying to save his girlfriend”, but the big change is it’s in 3D. You’ll have to clamber up and leap from walls, dodge buzz saws, and more hazards, but it’s now testing your reflexes in a 3D platformer, as opposed to 2D.
One to keep a watch on for fans of the original in particular!
