Sony and Kojima Productions have announced that Death Stranding 2: On The Beach will launch for PC on 19th March. Pre-orders are available now via Steam and Epic.

With help from porting experts Nixxes Software to bring the game to PC from the PS5 original, a number of PC-specific enhancements will be folded into the game. There’s support for Nvidia DLSS, AMD FSR and Intel XeSS upscaler tech and frame generation, and with those in hand, you can uncap the frame rate to take advantage of whatever gaming monitor and GPU you might have.

Speaking of monitors, there will be support fo ultrawide aspect ratios, including 21:9 (which is also coming to PS5) and even up to 32:9. That’s for both gameplay and in-game cutscenes.

PC will naturally bring keyboard and mouse support, but the game will have DualSense support for rumble, and new 3D audio engine support via Dolby Access, DTS Sound Unbound, or Windows Sonic for Headphones.

Beyond this, Kojima Productions teased that new modes and features will be coming to both PC and PS5 versions of the at launch, with more details coming next month.
