Until Dawn 2 was revealed by Sony and developer Firesprite last June as a PlayStation 5 exclusive, and a release date in 2027.
We now know that you will not have to wait long as the game is out January 28, 2027, with pre-orders opening from September 10 . If you do pre-order you will get “Dr. Hill-themed content”, and there’s a Digital Deluxe Edition as well that includes the Y2K Neon Vibes Pack and Dioramas of Death extra feature.

The game features the hallmarks of the original Until Dawn and the group/teen horror tales that have become fellow UK studio, and the original creators of Until Dawn, Supermassive.
Looking back on the remake, Tuff said, “Until Dawn remains a fantastic horror game with great acting and plenty of jump scares to get you out of your seat. While not essential for anyone that enjoyed the original game, this remake brings it to a new audience and is a solid update to what was already a great game.”
