There are many cultural differences between gaming in the West and Japan but the new Japanese advert for the revised PS Vita takes the, er, banana.
Beginning with nice box of food the advert moves on to show a robot lady-chair (in which the same lady is sitting), some rather decorative nail based art and then a rather boring businessman.
A boring businessman who suddenly gets a makeover with eye shadow, bright pink blusher and a large banana.
The new PS Vita is shown before the advert concludes with a view of all the different coloured consoles. Google Translate is little help with the text below the YouTube advert translating to:
New PlayStation Vita will be released October 10, 2013 finally!
“In zone is supposed to be like this!” PS Vita also evolved!

Yep, some of their TV is like rubbing crack in your eyes whilst jabbing adrenaline straight into your heart! Not that I speak from experience and this might not be top of the eye-crack scale but its still endearingly crazy.
