Q.U.B.E. 2 was announced as coming to PS4Â last week during Gamescom, and now Toxic Games has announced that support for Project Morpheus is also part of the plan. The original Q.U.B.E is also coming to both PS3 and PS4 in Director’s Cut version of the title, which will bring extra content to the base game that launched on PC in 2012. A lot of work has been put into the sequel which will expand the series’ universe.
Q.U.B.E 2 is also being built in Unreal Engine 4 which according to Toxic Games, will allow you to experience cubes that will be “extra shiny.” The Q.U.B.E. games are first person puzzlers that use cubes to solve physics based puzzles across different environments. In a sense you’ll be thinking with cubes, instead of the more popular portals.
