A remaster for Darksiders has been rumoured for a while, and now Nordic Games has confirmed Darksiders: Warmastered Edition for PS4, Xbox One, Wii U, and PC. The game will run at 60fps on PS4, Xbox One, and PC while the Wii U version will be 30fps. According to Nordic texture resolutions have been doubled, there have rendering improvements like on shadows while others have been reworked.
A few screens have been unveiled too.
A release date is yet to be confirmed.

To be fair, I really enjoyed the first Darksiders, not so much the second. So this remaster is actually slightly tempting, but the price will have to be really reasonable.

As long as the price is right unlike marvel ultimate alliance ‘cough’ then it would be tempting. A bundle with the 2nd would be good to.

Ps love the retitled title. This will probably be remastered to ps5 and could be named re-remastered
