Get ready to step out onto the basketball court for yourself, with NBA 2KVR Experience coming out tomorrow, 22nd November, for PlayStation VR, HTC Vive and Samsung Gear VR.
Basking in the lights of the Bankers Life Fieldhouse, the Indiana Pacers’ stadium, and with Paul George lending himself to a commentary and guiding role, this is a small collection of minigames including three point shootouts, skill challenges, time attacks and a buzzer beater countdown. It’s sponsored by Gatorade, with branded in-game boosts for improved shooting accuracy, speed and recovery.
Alas the press release didn’t say much of anything about price or how you’ll get to control the game, whether it’s looking and aiming a controller in hand or if you’ll have full on motion control with Move and the HTC Vive controller. We’ll find out soon enough…

It’s £11.99 on PS4 which seems a bit much to me. Then again there aren’t many games out there that don’t feel like you’re paying a VR tax on them.

For a game like this, no motion control means no purchase.
I’d have bought it if it had move support though.
