Blizzard is going to be hosting a free trial weekend for Overwatch across PS4, Xbox One, and PC, with this trial taking place from May 26th until May 29th. To take part though you will need either PlayStation Plus, Xbox Live Gold, or a Battle.net account. While the trial will be open worldwide for PS4 and Xbox One on PC it will be limited to the Americas and Europe.
The full roster of heroes and the 14 maps of Overwatch will all be accessible, along with the Anniversary content that will be going live. Any progress made during the free trial weekend will carry over to the full game should the choice be made to purchase Overwatch. If you’re going to download the trial on PC it will weigh in at approximately 12GB, while on Xbox One and PS4 that number rises to approximately 20GB.
