Not a game that did particularly well when it released in September of last year, ReCore is being revisited next week on 29th August, bringing with it a new adventure –  Eye of Obsidian – and the promise of full support for Xbox One X, including 4K and HDR.

This will be a free update for anyone who already bought ReCore, but if you didn’t and are tempted, maybe hold your horses for a few moments, as it will be joining the Xbox Game Pass subscription in September. Alternatively, it’s an Xbox Play Anywhere title, meaning that buying it grants you access across Xbox One consoles and Windows 10 PCs.
