Praise The Sun! Dark Souls Remastered Announced For Switch, PS4, Xbox One & PC

In a surprise Nintendo Direct Mini that will actually be no surprise to anyone paying attention to the rampant rumours running wild across the internet for the last couple of days, Dark Souls Remastered has been announced for Nintendo Switch. It’ll be out on 25th May.

Update: We’ve also now had confirmation of the remaster coming to PS4, Xbox One and PC on 25th May. It will aim for 4K and 60fps on PS4 Pro and Xbox One X, while the Switch has a 1080p30 target when it’s docked.

  1. Think I’ll be getting this. Only question is do I get it on Switch or PS4.

  2. I’ve been looking for a reason to buy a Switch, this was going to sway me, but the PS4 version being banded about means I may just pick it up for that.
    Or I might just plug my PS3 in and see if it’s installed on that (I’m sure it was Plussed a while back)

  3. I won’t bother posting on each individual Switch article here but, overall I really enjoyed yesterday’s direct. Dark Souls was the obvious highlight. Can’t wait to play that on the go.
