A Nintendo Direct is coming tomorrow, 9th June, for one more dose of Summer Game Fest

Are you sad that all of Summer Game Fest’s showcases and streams have come to an end? Well worry not, because Nintendo just announced that they’re hosting a Nintendo Direct tomorrow, Tuesday 9th June.

The Nintendo Direct will kick off at 3PM UK time (7AM PT / 10AM ET / 4PM CEST) and will run for aorund 50 minutes to highlight upcoming Switch 2 and Switch games.

You can watch it here:

Right after the stream is finished, the stream will roll into a Nintendo Treehouse: Live to dig a little deeper into some of the games and announcements from the show.

What will Nintendo show off, though? Well, Star Fox is out in just a couple weeks, and Splatoon Raiders is due in July, but Nintendo tend to look a little further afield than that when revisiting already announced games. We could expect to see an update on Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave, for example, and people would lose their minds for another trailer to FromSoftware’s The Duskbloods. With 50 minutes to fill, though, I would expect there to be a boat load of new announcements from both first and third parties as the Switch 2 kicks on in its second year.
