Keen Games has confirmed that you can now take Enshrouded on the go as the survival game is Steam Deck verified. The announcement came yesterday so players who have been holding out for this news can now grab Enshrouded without worry. Keen Games also stated that during the next week it will be working on improvements and fixes for Enshrouded, with details being confirmed when those updates are ready.
Enshrouded is a survival action RPG that can be played alone or in co-op and it puts players in the Kingdom of Embervale which has been covered by a fog called the Shroud. This is not just any fog you might get some days, but the kind that corrupts everything it touches. You need to venture through this Shroud, finding other survivors to build up a settlement while also pushing back against the corruption that the Shroud has caused.
In our Enshrouded review, Gareth said, “Enshrouded is my favourite of the recent raft of survival games. It’s distinctly unique, what with the Shroud occupying parts huge parts of the map, and the insane building potential is excellent, arguably making it the best survival game of the year.”
