New L.A. Noire Images Released

Rockstar has released several new shots for the impressive looking ‘L.A. Noire’.

They are comprised of investigating crime scenes, examining line-ups of suspects and other “gritty detective work”, all of which you’ll experience in the game.  

I love the fashion sense in the ‘line-up’ shot; the two central characters must use the same clothes shop – what are the odds?

  1. I’ve gone off R* and their identikit games, but the last LA Noire trailer was mind-blowing and I can’t wait for it. These screens only add to the hype

    • I’m the polar opposite and will buy pretty much anything that R* do. Just a big fan of the company I guess lol.
      I do agree that this is looking really good. Never paid much attention to it before the trailer.
      It probably still would have been a day 1 purchase for me though :)

      Yeah me too, last R* game I really enjoyed was Manhunt. 2 was ok but not as good as the original.

      GTA was san andreas but I got bored after a while. GTA4 I couldnt understand the hype but maybe thats me.

  3. Really looking forward to this. It might be one of those rare games my missus enjoys as well, being a massive detective show fan.

  7. I dunno, I’m not much of a fan of R*, GTA I got bored of two games ago, too samey. Saw the trailer and wasn’t impressed for this really. It looks good, but if its the same old R* game, then I wont bother.

  8. Looks top, hopefully a little less infuriating than Mafia II.

    • What did you find infuriating about Mafia 2? I thought that it was pretty good bar the annoyingly discreet wanted posters…

  9. The facial animations shown off in the trailer really were stellar. This game looks fantastic in motion as well as in these screenshots. Looking forward to trying to spot all the inevitable references :)

  10. Looking very tidy. I’ve been looking forward to this for quite some time mostly because of the setting and hopes about a superb story.
    I was afraid it had been canned for a little while so I’m happy more details are emerging about it.
