The rather amusing ‘Dead Space Moms’ are back to tell you to sit up straight, speak correctly and not to play naughty video games that involve ripping arms off slobbering Necromorphs.
This time, rather than watch a trailer for Dead Space 2, EA have handed them a controller and let them have a go at the multiplayer element of the game.
Last time the DSM‘s were very critical of the gore and violence but this time their reaction is somewhat different, ‘I’m gonna kick someones butt!’

Am I the only one that is confused that this feels like a kids promotion “your moms really bad at it” for an over 18s game?
I don’t see many over 18s caring if their “moms” don’t like it or are bad at it personally :S

look at 1.57 – 1.59. clearly says press button A (when isaac is grabbed)so footage is from the 360 version but they are holding ps3 controllers.
so they aren’t actually playing the game shown.

Marketing PR’s are getting really good recently at targeting game markets appropriately, I mine what more for a gamer than ‘Your Mom Hates Dead Space’, brilliant idea and quite amusing too.
